As President and Founder of SV Realty, Sylvia leads a team responsible for representing buyers and sellers of all properties throughout Texas.

Sylvia receives significant attention within the real estate community and beyond. Sylvia began to follow a generation of family real estate tradition that began in 1970 when her father started a real estate company in El Paso, TX. She initially joined her fathers brokerage, C21 Casablanca Realty and quickly established herself as one of the leading realtors. Sylvia founded SV Realty in El Paso and she has recently expanded with new branches in Houston and Austin, TX.
